There are 12 principals, all of whom graduated from universities, including 6 with undergraduate degrees, 4 with graduate degrees and MBA studies, and 2 with overseas studies. They have experience in product development project management for large domestic and foreign customers.

There are 16 product development engineers and 4 process, mold and equipment development engineers. 8 of them graduated from 985/211 universities majoring in mechanical, chemical and thermodynamics, 10 of them have college degree or above, the main engineers have more than 15 years of experience in heat dissipation, mold industry, automation and have been providing product development services for world famous companies.

In order to meet the development needs, we have two factories in Dongguan and Philippines respectively. The headquarters now has more than 600 employees and covers an area of about 15,000 square meters.
